This album is a proof of the good relationship between Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash. No less than three Dylan covers is included on this album. "It Ain't Me Babe" is a duet performed with his future wife, June Carter. That single also made the billboards.
Mother Maybelle Carter's signature song, "Wildwood Flower" is also covered on this album.
