Johnny Cash’s acting career

In addition to an impressive musical career, Cash managed to play out his acting skills in various movies and TV shows.

It was in the beginning of the ‘80s that Johnny Cash’s albums failed to maked an impact on the charts. He had just been inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame, but the records didn’t sell themselves anymore. He continued to tour successfully, but he needed something else. This opened the opportunity for his acting career. He had done som acting from before, but it was after this period he blossomed.
